Welcome to Miracles Asia, a rehabilitation and recovery center based in Phuket, Thailand. These Terms and Conditions (also referred to as “Terms of Use” or “Terms”) govern your use of our website (miraclesasia.com), mobile application (“the App”), and any other services or digital platforms operated by Miracles Asia (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not access or use our Services.

Miracles Asia is a licensed rehabilitation and wellness center providing confidential addiction treatment, aftercare support, and digital tools to help clients and alumni monitor their progress and maintain active recovery. Our Services include educational content, tools, and interactive features to support recovery.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are legally able to enter into these Terms and that all information you provide is accurate, truthful, and complete.

You agree to use the Miracles Asia website and App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

- Disrupt or interfere with the functionality, security, or integrity of the website, App, or servers

Miracles Asia may update, modify, or discontinue App features at any time. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse or violation of these Terms.

Our Services may include links to third-party websites or resources. These are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement. Miracles Asia is not responsible for third-party content or practices. Accessing external websites is at your own risk.

The content and tools on our Services are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Miracles Asia is not responsible for screening user content, but may remove content in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Certain areas of the Services may be restricted. If you are provided login credentials, you must:

. Refunds are subject to approval by the clinical team. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. All fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Phuket, Thailand, or through mandatory binding arbitration, as appropriate.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting with the updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Miracles Asia may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any party at any time without notice.

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force
Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver
Ambiguities shall not be construed against Miracles Asia; these Terms are deemed co-authored

Under no circumstances will Miracles Asia or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
