Hålla sig borta från den första drogen

Har du sagt till dig själv: "Aldrig mer!"?

Och tänker du då: "Ja, men det var det som hände på grund av den sista drogen - inte den första. Den första skadade mig aldrig"?

Detta är det vanliga tankemönstret som alkoholmissbrukare uppvisar.

Det är bäst att undvika den första, en dag i taget, så att du kan undvika återfall.

That’s why we say: “The bomb is in the first one.” If you don’t have the first one, you don’t set off the ticking bomb!

If you allow yourself to remain in denial about your disease, you will not be able to stay away from the first one in the future.
